To make these homemade protein bars you need to put in a bowl 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 cup of your chocolate protein powder of choice, 4 tablespoons of shredded coconut, 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts, and 4 tablespoons of skim milk. Mix all ingredients together forming a paste like consistency. Scoop out mixture by tablespoons and roll into balls. Next place protein balls in dish, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
